Sign up, sign in, and recover your account

Create a Nerve account, sign in with the right identity, recover a forgotten password, and troubleshoot email verification or invitations.

Use your Nerve account to sign in to the app and authorize an external AI connection. If a teammate invited you, use the email address that received the invitation.

Create an account

1. Open Nerve.
2. Choose Sign up. Continue with Google or enter your work email and password using the options shown.
3. Complete any security check and email verification requested on the screen.
4. Continue to workspace setup, or look for your invited workspace in the workspace switcher.

Sign in again

Choose Sign in and use the same method you used when creating the account. For Google sign-in, check which Google identity is selected before continuing. After signing in, confirm the workspace name before connecting a platform or viewing client data.

Recover your password

On the sign-in screen, enter your email and choose Forgot password? when available. Follow the verification and new-password instructions. Use the latest verification email if you requested more than one.

If you normally use Google, try that sign-in option first. Your Nerve password and your advertising-platform password are separate credentials.

If you cannot get in

Problem	Next step
Verification email is missing	Check the address and spam folder, then use the resend option shown on screen.
Account already exists	Sign in with that address or recover the password.
Invited workspace is missing	Ask the inviter to confirm the invitation email and status. Check the workspace switcher after signing in.
Google opens the wrong account	Select the intended Google identity and try again.

To sign out, open your avatar menu and choose Sign out. If recovery still fails, contact support with the sign-in method and error text. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
