Nerve retrieves connected information to answer your requests and execute configured workflows. Consider the full task: the platform data accessed, the assistant receiving it, and the reports or messages produced.

What moves through a task

Nerve’s in-app privacy explanation distinguishes the connector from a separate campaign database. It also describes retained connection details, short-term analytics reuse, AI request/result sharing, and stored workflow history. Do not interpret this as “Nerve stores no data.”

Limit what a task needs

Select the intended accounts, use a specific date range, and request only the fields needed for your question. Review generated reports and email recipients before sharing. A read-only task can still retrieve and include sensitive information in its output. External assistants have their own conversation, file, privacy, and retention settings. Review those settings with your organization when deciding whether client data should be used there.

Disconnecting and deletion

Removing an AI connection, disconnecting a platform, archiving a chat, cancelling a plan, and deleting an account are different actions. Do not assume any one action erases every previously retrieved result or downloaded report. Read the privacy information linked from Nerve and ask support for the policy that applies to retention, subprocessors, data locations, model training, deletion, and access revocation. Use approved contractual or policy information when your organization requires a specific guarantee.
